Perfect Day

Monday morning… I walk to the office building I do my workshops at and meet people I know. Coaches, consultants, front office employees etc.

As usual, I say “good morning, how are you doing” (not in the way Joey Tribbiani would do 😊) and unlike many others, I am really interested in knowing how people are doing.

The replies are “ok” or “I’m a little tired” etc.

There is not a single one with the energy I would expect after a weekend of fun and relaxation.

It seems everyone is just sliding into the week, expecting not to be positively surprised by what they will experience that week or that day.

I feel like “is it just me??”

Do I have too high expectations of the day ahead or the week to come??

What if we would wake up Monday morning and tell ourselves

“THIS IS GOING TO BE A PERFECT DAY”

What would be different?

Will the day develop like every day in the past or might it be different?

How different? Better? More interesting? More energized?

What if we would start every morning making every day our “perfect day”???

How would that look like?

What would we do first?

What would we wear?

What would we eat?

How would we react to others?

Which activities would we do?

I like that thought and I am sure we would make every day better….maybe not “perfect”…but who knows…we might get there 😊

Have a perfect day!

Try it! You will see how it works!
